Reformer Pilates

Reformer Pilates at Alexander Pilates offers a unique, full-body conditioning workout using spring resistance. These classes focus on body alignment, pelvic stability, breath control, core strength, and flexibility to promote optimal movement patterns.

All classes are semi-private, with a maximum of four participants. This ensures personalized attention, precise corrections, and a safe, supportive environment.

We offer a range of semi-private classes to suit different needs and experience levels:

  • Reformer Pilates for Any Age
    A general-level class suitable for all ages and abilities, including postnatal clients or those returning from minor injuries.

  • Reformer Pilates
    A general to strong intermediate-level class for those with some Pilates experience.

  • Advanced Reformer
    Designed for highly experienced clients. Pre-approval from Hayley is required before joining.

  • Over 65’s Reformer
    Gentle and focused on the specific needs of the body over 65, with an emphasis on mobility, balance, and strength.

  • Over 75’s Reformer
    A very gentle, slower-paced class tailored to support the unique needs of clients aged 75 and older.

  • Pilates for Dancers
    A specialised class designed to complement and enhance dance training through improved strength, control, and flexibility.
